Description:
A young male, Hike is taller than most, but bulky, even for a half elf. His hands are quite large in comparison to most people of his height, as are his feet. His body slightly shorter than normal, it makes his legs seem much longer than they should be. Falling towards his elvish side for his facial traits, his face is sharp, and his nose moderately sized, but sharp. His chin is sharper, akin to an elves, but slightly rounded due to his human blood. The young mans ears are a bit long, and are quite sensitive to noise, wincing if he hears stone on metal near him. Looking out from his nest of hair, his yellow eyes are a shocking under all the black hair, which some of it falls in his face, only to be pulled back by a headband, for sight reasons.
Due to an oddity in his gene's, he has an extra pupil in each eye, which seems to grant him even better sight than usual, but seems to make him more affected if the light suddenly changes. Out of the extra pupils, he sees only black and white, but it is sharper in darkness and light, which aids in any sort of sentry duty. Under his eye's since birth are some vaguely v shaped, metallic, gray markings on his skin. The markings seem to attract bright light away from the eye, so his eyes need not squint too much if coming out of a dark place. The v shapes are actually part of his skin, another unknown genetic mutation, which seems to be beneficial.
Hike himself is a natural with any weapon he comes to use, showing favor in his physical side. Currently, he wields two katana's, one of dragonsteel and fire, the other of dragonsteel and ice. He buckles one at his left hip, and the other at his right shoulder, enabling him to pull them out in a flashing strike. Wearing a recurve bow over his other shoulder, it comes across his body, the string holding it in place, the bow is a blackened wood, strong and supple. Various throwing knives are all about his person, all in hard to spot places, such as the boot, the collar, and other places. He also has a hatchet strapped to the side of his boot, of which is an all purpose weapon, utility tool, and utensil if need be.
Keeping himself cleanly, he makes sure to keep his clothing care of wear, and best he can of tear. Wearing a green shirt with the sleeves ending just above his elbows, one may notice a collared white shirt poking out, buttoned up and down, while the green shirt is only a slip over. Despising pants for an unknown reason (one he doesn't even know), he wears some drab gray shorts, which extend past the knee, allowing for great mobility, and moderate protection. He wears a gray pair of boots, of which the leather is slightly worn due to walking and fighting, but they still hold up well, allowing him to grip all sorts of terrain, they lace up to the mid shin.
